website seems to be down, but streams are still up

I don't know what's going on with the RLC-channel but it's been like that the last days on Sky:
[hidden link - please register] [hidden link - please register] "Temporary fault" for days now and the EPG says "programmes no longer available" I guess the "We'll be right back..." doesn't mean much  but on the other side one channel gone has also something postive: The 11390V-transponder is packed with TV-channels (currently 14 and none of them with a decent bitrate), but the RLC3-blackscreen has made things a little bit better when it comes to the used videobitrates: [hidden link - please register] Before that all the RLC-channels were just a horribly blocky, unwatchable mess but now it looks significantly better. It's still far away from what can be considered as a good quality but it's indeed noticeably better and much more watchable. PlayboyTVChat (704x576): from avg. videobitrates between 1250-1400Kbps to 1700-1900Kbps RLC 1-2 (544x576): from avg. 1100-1300 to 1500-1700Kbps Not much but it makes really a difference. Maybe the third RLC-channel is gone and history now or comes back sooner or later - I don't know and we have to wait and see what happens. Only one thing seems sure: It has become much more difficult for the babechannels to make a good profit (if that's even possible today and I really have my doubts when it comes to this point), but offering some casino and pokergames is definitely something new. Does it make sense or is it a good idea? No, at least not in my opinion and there are already dozens of such imho absolutely unnecessary channels on 28.2/28.5E |

Last night the stream(913) was broadcasting this from 4 am and then black screen (NO Georgie Darby
)Is this the future of RLC/Playbloy Tvchat shows?  Btw, 4 girls?

Well, now It seems that RLC is a clone of Studio66 swapping the channels

I have had it a couple of times, I was able to fix the problem by extracting the flv file with FLVextract and inputting the resulting h.264 video file and mp3 audio file (not the text file) into mkvmerge.. and I'm able to view the full recording. |

Not only you, lately a lot of my recordings of RLC are corrupt

Maybe now people will realize that Studio66 isn't so bad
, same set (bed), same outfit and same position all night, why? If you see 10 minutes you've seen all the show because it is so monotone Maybe Laura should hire to Afroman

Sure enough, Lilly's stream is the only one down tonight. You'd think she was still on S66. But, while I'll probably sound like a bitter A-hole, after checking the rampant site and seeing her on the regal set I'm not terribly disappointed I can't record this. |
