60 days

The doctor says he wants me to pay him a call tomorrow and donate some blood for 'medical research'. Well from past experience, they will probably take an armfull so while I can still use it I thought a few carefully chosen words would not go amiss.

It was some 60 days ago when I wrote the following words :-

"And equally the channel must also learn that if you lose models, moderators and directors as a consequence of this change of tact then they will also not come back"

It was very strange to see the reactions of the models this week on their new found 'freedom of expression'. Some viewed it with clear amusement (or should that read bemusement) whereas others seemed to say "Well, if I was not allowed to do this before, why should I do it now"

The channel does indeed appear to have lost some models due the change and very popular ones too. Oh, they are still there but the channel will have to rely on those callers that have become 'regulars' - those who will no longer desire to see them undressed which they were quite generous with before. Or, indeed, those that will still phone in and hope. If there is a lesson to be learnt then it is not to take the models for granted. To a degree they will do what they are told but at the end of the day they will exercise their personal choice.

The channel must also learn now that it should not take anyone for granted. I'm sure that they have lost many a regular due to this 'grand experiment'. Of course they hope that some will indeed come back. But the ground rules have now changed. There is a new kid on the block. The kid is knocking on the door of opportunity and if it opens wide enough they could well find there is a mass exodus.

If that is the case then they will need more than the odd plasma (aka VIP) to boost up the finances. A full transfusion will be more appropiate.

Which reminds me. The doc says he needs some extra this time to test sugar. Well Sugar looks fine to me. Let's hope it stays that way.

Re: 60 days

Poster: I do not understand what you are trying to say. You simply copied an earlier post in this topic.

Rather pointless.

Re: 60 days

I think the viewer is in a better situation now that "normal" service seems to have been restored. My point is that now callers have the option to ask a model who normaly takes her clothes off to stay clothed if that is what the caller desires. On the other hand a caller can ask the model to strip if he knows she usually does this for callers. We now have a choice during the daytime which we did not have before. Surely this can only be good for both Eurotics income and the callers choice. I would think Zita has certainly increased their income over the last few days with her sexy shows which would never happen 2 weeks ago !!!

Re: 60 days

Well, the new kid on the block has a lot of way to go to get where it wants to be. There is an awful lot of room for improvement in every particular point you’re taking a closer look at (given the current picture quality you really don’t want to take a closer look at some points…).
This is also a very unfair “fight” given the different media laws the competitors are bound to: the quite relaxed Austrian law, which is very generously handled, on one side and the more stringent German law, which is handled very narrow minded, on the other side. It will take some time to get used to this tight corset, to find the space to breath in it, and to deliver what the viewers want without being in danger of being dropped by the carrying channel. A Jaya getting carried away by her own show is not what is in the sense of the law and therefore in the sense of the channel or the producers … although it is very enjoyed on the viewers’ side. Maybe some alternative forms of show and ways of delivering have to be invented to circumvent these limitations. I’m pretty sure there is somebody thinking on ways to make sure he can write a “Veni vidi vinci” in his autobiography …
But if this new venture proofs to be even mildly successful, it’s a real danger to the “top dog”, eating away market share in the primary market. As all alternative markets the “top dog” has tried seemed to stay closed to him, he has to think of ways to stay in place and make use of the advantages he has. It looks like he understood this and is sharpening his swords to be prepared. This could lead to a situation where the viewer is the real winner. So given your support for the new kid, there are interesting times ahead of us. Let’s enjoy them.
