Kally is again on the wrong time at the right place...

She looks amazing and is hot but about reasons i don´t know is Eliza in the nightshow and our Kally not.

I think Kally is too hot for this new nightshow rules and the ofcom could get big eyes with her.

Midday show with Stacy - hot and lazy. Maybe the temperatures in Molvania prevent any action ... but what really annoys me sometimes: the girls put on nice strapless dresses and underneath they wear bras of totally different style and color ... with FAT straps

and this reply shows that you did not understand what I wrote.

certainly girls can do night shows once both sides have agreed this in the contract. But if a girl doesn't sign up for that she is not obliged to do so.

a contract, however, can at anytime re-negotiated, but that is not a must either.

so those you do not see in the nightshows presently did not agree to that and signed a contract for dayshows only, at least initially.

Actually I don't know the contracts, but considering the terms of service with their customers I really doubt the working contracts are really that clear defined.
And of course if both sides agree it's no problem to deviate from the contract.
And not all girls seem to have a 5 night shift contract, so with an intelligent schedule it still were possible to keep the Newbie Monday and also put a new girl in addition into a shift or replace a missing girl by a new girl instead of Lilian.

He has problems with english but he is right with some points. ETV really can change some models with other. Kristina or Claudia have sometimes 5 or more nightshifts. I wouldn´t be bad if they give one shift to a new model but we can only speculate if they really wanna join the nightshows.

So it is difficult to say if the newbies ever get a nightshow.

as mentioned previously and on various occasions, it is a matter of the individual contract, means the girls and not etv decide on which contractual basis they want or are willing to work.

because of that it is not right away possible, to change the line up of any show, as those contractual obligations are to be followed, and the schedules are build around that.

to change the cast it makes it obviously necessary to change contracts or re-negotiate conditions.

thus it is easily said 'change the cast' but not in the same way easily done.
