you are right, but when they started they used the Austrian License, which was very fair in the past. The things changed after Peter from TV6 started his channel with Real Sex for free to air. So, the situation gets bad and look now what we have. The EU has no money, no future but has nothing else to do as block channels with stupid rules. The same people who fight for Sex Revolution in the 70th are now the guys who are prude and make this stupid rules.
