TORRENT???

I was wondering...
... Why not use Torrent files, instead of filesharing site?

I think Torrent files are a thousand times better and faster than any megaupload, rapidshare, depositfiles etc...

Re: TORRENT???

Hello,
I use µtorrent Version 2.2.1 and for information, the client is advised by T411 uTorrent 2.2.1 (Windows / Linux) and 1.5.13 (MacOS).
Warning: The 3.x versions can cause problems: flow amount not fully exploited, errors torrents, downloading or sharing blocked torrents, errors passkey, etc.. In addition, it is very random from one computer to another.
Have a nice day.

With filesharing sites you need to upload file once and it's "out there"
With torrents you have to make sure that the file is avaible and someone is seeding it. Not that hard when you need to take care about few files but quite impossible with hundreds. Mailbox would be flooded with upload requests messages.

TRUE!
But... megaupload... crashed! oron... crashed! And so on. Tomorrow... another filesharing site will crash, I'm sure! And you'll lose all your links.
We know that.
Right now, 80% links on this forum are no longer working because of that.

In my humble opinion, torrent files are the only solution to be sure files are always avaible.

In any case, it was only my suggestion.
