the last lot i heard of were for april or something, so ofcom are about 8 months behind, and if i remember correctly, some of the "better" shows were later in the year, so the worst is yet to come for them

doesn't help that when it comes to babeshows, the retards at ofcom think that the slightest sign of a girls touching herself or being touched by someone else is too hardcore for TV, and i'm not talking about crotch touching, sure they don't like movement either

anyways, time for bed

You said it pal Bunch of fucking retards Should be dragged out into the real world and shot

No wonder there is so much sex related crime in England

Three in August 2011 and one for September 2011. Like you said, there could be more to come for them, unless Ofcom decides that these breaches are the final straw for SEL and Bluebird.

Re: Bluebird TV - General Discussion

just read it,its getting a fucking joke now by ofcomAngry.hopefully its final straw for bluebird and they take ofcom to court.but somehow cant see that happening.

gooodbye bluebird its only a matter of time till SEL have the plug pulled

Re: Bluebird TV - General Discussion

Oh dear! The latest Ofcom bulletin isn't good news for Bluebird and SEL at all. More breaches for them, and Ofcom are now considering what further regulatory action to take.

Re: Bluebird TV - General Discussion

indeed, stream broken for me right now, 2 plays fine, 1 & 3 play for a few seconds then freeze, not got the double graphics problem, but still, useless

who's the work experience kid they keep using as webmaster or is it that prickish admin / mod team from the BB forums that run the rest of the site too, if so, it all makes sense

Because stream is down it would not be a reason for no $ky channels...Ah well lets see if the real reason comes out.

yeah, that is why i tend to remain quiet, i'm not the most trusting of people, and i never believe any official statement, as they are almost always false (been in a band that had issues internally, the official release was somewhat different)

also, memory of how these channels like to lie when they are on the way out, so far as to mention plans for the next few months, when they know they only have weeks left

back on topic, well it appears that the day shows are back and running (at least on the site, can't say regarding to TV) so it appears my mistrust was unjustified, this time,
now, back to being annoyed with microsoft (no new things for WP7 this week, no new deal of the week for PC or WP7 either ... so bored, not that i have money to buy anything, but it would be something to look at for 5 mins)

Chilly2011 wrote:They're damaged goods. Their history of losing channels is quite something, and with the massive Ofcom fine imposed on the remaining channels they still broadcast on, well, it's no wonder Bluebird TV is shaking in its boots. If these three channels go (the SEL ones), then that's Bluebird TV gone, 'cause I can't see anyone like Playboy being daft enough to allow Bluebird TV to use their channels, especially with their history. I guess Bluebird TV could buy their own channels, but that's unlikely to happen, as it sounds like they can't even afford to fix a faulty boiler at the moment. Lol.

Chilly your spot on,no one is going to touch them.Makes you wonder if yesterdays pull was SEL playing politics with bluebird
