Old Lighthouse Dungeness
hi guys more photos,... this old lighthouse is over 150years
old giving sterling service until the 1950's when the Power station was built
blocking the light from the lighthouse getting to the shipping a new one was built
1 km along the coast........... the lighthouse is now owned privately and a tourist attraction
from the top you can see France and the other way about 25km in land with regardsSmile:

Hi guys more great photos from Kyke 50 these show the "Worlds Smallest Public Railway"
the photos are taken at the Main Station "New Romney" which is in SE UK next to the English
Channel...... The trains run regular service 9 months of the year with also "Special Days"
including "Santa" specials. It is the areas most popular tourist attraction running for 18 kms
along the south Coast The company own 11 steam engines and 2 diesels plus 80 carriages
and many different wagons... they also run school children to and from school all year

The Glory Hole
This enormous hole of 22 meters of diameter seems frightening.
