Singles Final : Iga Swiatek (2) won her 17th WTA tournament in career (sixth this season, first WTA Finals and 10th on hard), defeating
Jessica Pegula (5) 6-1, 6-0 in 59' Thumb up

In the first set, Swiatek was the first to take a break lead in the fourth game, going 4-1, then Pegula lost her serve again in the sixth game and the Polish player easily closed the first set 6-1 in only 27'; in the second set the American, who appeared tired (she also played three doubles matches together with Cori Gauff), never lucid and increasingly at the mercy of her opponent, did not react, losing her serve three more times in a row and giving it up with a 6-0, which gave Swiatek her first Masters, won without losing even a set in 5 matches (and with only 20 games lost, a new record that beats the 32 conceded by Serena Williams in 2012), as well as giving her back the scepter of world's N° 1 (lost after the US Open to Aryna Sabalenka, defeated on Sunday in the Semi-final), thus allowing her to finish at the top of the WTA rankings for the second consecutive year.
