It just that they take a stream from some webpage with live camera feed....seen it on other channels, for example Canal Trade on Hispasat...but its good

A new channel will be starting soon aired on the UK satetelite, it comes up as "54210" on the banner but will be called xxXpanded TV 12.643 H 27.5 2/3.
