Everytime I've watched Party Girls (after midnight) on freeview they always leave their bras on. Is this because their's no nudity allowed on freeview or something and if so that's just stupid.

as there isnt an un encrypted adult section on free view and they dont want to be encrypted as people would have to subscribe, there is no nudity allowed., at least on smile tv's licence. the girls do there best to make the shows wachable and go as far as they can, covering there nipples with gaffer tape.
