Kenny I proposed on an earlier post that they make an encrypted exclusive channel as the 2 being mixed together clearly doesn't work. So the girls are topless and you think that's a compromise and you state that's what they used to do, now bearing in mind Kenny that you stated on an earlier post when I Quizzed you on how long you have been watching this channel or been aware of this in which your response was 1 Year.

Based on this answer then the topless only shows would have only occurred from the beginning of 2015, perhaps I'll give you the benefit of the doubt here if its the SKY UK only feed that you are referring to because on the Astra1/Hotbird and Webshow feed this did not occur which means that your statement is wrong, perhaps if you were paying attention to the main show instead of exclusives all the time then you may be better informed when it comes to making such sweeping statements

Kenny there is no compromise, FTA there is no show, FTA is merely an advertisement for exclusive, surely to hell even you can see that. Goalposts have been moved and members are quite within their rights not to be happy about it. Infact is not a compromise is just a new way of making show, they changed all trying to have more profit from same viewers, doing a lower level of show (both on web and tv) instead of trying to encrease the level, only time will tell if they are right or not, at the end only them can see how is going the bank count...

I would disagree with the term '7 exclusive nights; they are seven nights of a shared studio, offering a compromise half of FTA and half of exclusive ish style show . Its definitely not exclusive nights because is just the girls in the studio, with limited options and still sharing the same studio, so to me, these are not exclusives, and I've put this to ETV already.
As far as I am concerned, there two exclusive nights this week and then the premium show on Sunday/
To call them as 7 exclusive nights, they are just as much FTA nights as exclusive nights, but in reality, they are neither, they are a compromise that will not satisfy either group of viewers. The FTA crows will complain that they cant see nude for free, and the exclusive crowd will argue that the shows cant properly do exclusives, so neither group is happy.

For me the biggest surprise is, that ETV kicked even "The Classic Saturday Night Show". Time will tell, if it's only a period, or a permanent condition, also with the 7 Exclusive Nights.
They try at the moment how far they can go with the exclusives, but I think they forget that the medal has always 2 sides and exaggerate it for my taste.

The "Audiovisual media services without frontiers" Directive [hidden link - please register] sets the framework for linear services
So from a legal point of view, there is no difference between TV and web and the same rules apply to both.
It's up to the national parliaments to interpret that directive and to turn it into national law. That's where the differences in the TV regulations and in the web regulation come from.

We all know that laws are made to ignore them! At least the european laws are not made for arabian world.

The unique characteristic of ETV was the free TV show. If I must watch the show in the internet to see what i want, ETV can switch off the TV channel.
In the internet I can watch many other shows or models and pay for it. Or i can watch free movies more than i can't in my time of life. ETV will not compete with this. This will be the end of ETV, it's a great pity.

As far as I'm led to believe the rules are the same throughout the whole of Europe when it comes to broadcasting a webshow, yes with regards to TV Transmission its very different, in the UK we have ofcom to contend with and in ETV I've no idea who the regulator is so if anybody has that information it would be very helpful to me.
