@klemi: Simple:
1) gloryinter9 is accusing Nickita of a criminal offense. Mr. Pink as owner of the forum has to take care that those claims are either well founded and provable or he is liable for this claims. This leaves only two options: the offending post has to be removed (I would appreciate if glory would see his error and edit it himself) or glory is proving his claims, which, as I assume, he can't. 2) if gloryinter9 has knowledge (which I doubt) of a criminal offense and doesn't press charges against her, it makes him (and all of us who read here) chargable for the same offence. |
