Slow, you know very well how it was this channel years ago, and what is it now. You know perfectly well there are advice and proposals enough in this forum. I know perfectly well it´s stupid propose to them, they never answer. I checked by myself, because i sent them several emails, and my friend who is a gold member too, without answers. Anyway, i think this comments are not rightly in this thread. I think ETV as we knew it is dying. I hope the freedom of saying in his forum what we think respectfully without being attacked won´t be dying too.

well guys, with all your good advice and proposals, and from what I gather you would do better in any case, suggest you put together your two cents and found a channel yourself.

Based on the way you like to see it and how you would handle it, it can only be a magnificent success.

I personally do not get, nor understand the complaints in regard to the web site and the extra shows and the costs attached to.

For simplicity purpose taking as an example the charges applied for Germany

A) VIP sms:
- as a none member a VIP sms is worth Euro 9,99 regular, or Euro 4,50 during the Happy Hour
- for goldmembers depending on the package:
- 50 Credits - 60 Euro: 1 VIP sms = Euro 4,80
- 100 Credits - 115 Euro: 1 VIP sms = Euro 4,60
- 150 Credits - 160 Euro: 1 VIP sms = Euro 4,27
- 200 Credits - 200 Euro: 1 VIP sms = Euro 4,00
- 500 Credits - 475 Euro: 1 VIP sms = Euro 3,80
apart from the happy hour even the cheapest package is a saving of 52%

B) phone calls
- none members pay Euro 2,00 per minute landline, respectively Euro 2,99 for mobile connections
- for goldmembers depending on the package:
- 50 Credits - 60 Euro: 1 minute = Euro 1,20
- 100 Credits - 115 Euro: 1 minute = Euro 1,15
- 150 Credits - 160 Euro: 1 minute = Euro 1,07
- 200 Credits - 200 Euro: 1 minute = Euro 1,00
- 500 Credits - 475 Euro: 1 minute = Euro 0,95
the cheapest package here represents a saving of 40% on landline

above is for bank transfer, credit card is more expensive but still not reaching the prices for none members.

It is the user deciding whether he wants to use the credits for sms or minutes, no limitations on any.

Everything else on the site, like the special web shows, are an add on to the gold member package, for free. extra charge is only due for photos and the split cam view. But you are not forced to make use of that.

For me it was a simple calculation in view of the better prices, and if the web shows are lacking quality or are boring or dull, is of minor priority considering the money am saving.

Many say, I do not have the amount of money to spend available, but are sending sms anyway. My proposal, save your money one month for this purpose and you can enjoy 2 months thereafter for the same money spent, plus having access to the censored parts of the web shows.

Actually he ment that the shows are free anyway. Eiter free to air or free to view.
So far I haven't read any complaints about how stupid it is to pay BskyB because of the rediculous soft shows etv offers on one of the hundread channels ... (hint: the next think you can complain about).

The callers and sms senders will be happy about the much lower prices anyway and they could get rid of some ppl who just buy something to complain about something else.
