@Slow, nothing to complain, yes. It seems the complains were done before to ETV while the show was running and after the show, and that´s why they do this, and i appreciate it although I did not buy the show.

Well ...The principle is OK...
To start a new arena for investment and try to build a bridge of trust between you and the your base of customers is a very important Thing But what is much more important is ....to fully understand and realize the facts on the ground and in turn to build your future strategic decisions on them .....which make you in the end able to realize who you are....and which way you should go . What should be refunded.... is not only the unsatisfied paying customers .....But also the main asset and main source of income and the basic reason which made ETV's name ...The TV shows . For this I am still wondering .....So far .......does the return of investment on the new the web project ....worths all the huge amount of efforts , time , money , hard determination , transferring the main assets , technical problems , refunding customers ....And the ranting of the unsatisfied customers . |

as negative quotes from the ETV Wall or News are always added here quite quick, as a contrast this time something positive:

These shows have their own unpredictable, witty spirit and odd behavior. Sometimes a marvelous spectacle comes out of the blue, sometimes carefully prepared shows with experienced models go wrong and the result is unsatisfactory. We noticed that usually the viewers themselves can't really predict the outcome. Very good shows end up being viewed by much fewer viewers than other shows with big expectations which don't turn up as well as expected. Some shows are unfairly low attended while others are undeservingly overcrowded. One way or another it is a question of luck and good faith because nobody can predict the final outcome of a live interactive show. At the end of the day, too many components are included in the equation of the successful show formula. The spirit of the good show is naughty and wayward. Unfortunately, we were hit by very bad luck, wrong planning and some bad chances during the last Wednesday's Volleyball Premium Live Show. The result was not exactly what we expected and that is why the team decided to decrease the price of the show retrospectively. Every viewer that has been charged for this show will be refunded with 4 credits back to his or her account.' assume nobody is complaining about that slow |

I was told they showed a list of blocked IP during Mashiara-Roshana show, maybe they blocked also some "innocent".
Just a question, assuming I am a customer and my IP has been blocked by mistake, how could I check that list if I cannot watch the stream? Maybe they have to use a mailing list. |

Hello Gentlmen, problem shared is a problem halved, that's wiseman's proverb, so what should we as viewers have to do is to send a strong letter of complaint addressed to ETV management in order to let them know that we are fed-up of their very poor server telling them to repair asap before Gia's depurture on sunday. I will send a message to ETV-WALL requesting to repair the server and I hope all Gia's fans will do as well. JohnGuitar |

usually I have no problem with the ELS on any browser- chrome, firefox, opera- but last nights GiGi show was same as others - just a spinning circle for the second half. I'm sure there was a lot more people wanting to see her last but one show and i'm guessing the ETV server got overloaded. I think there will be even more wanting to see Sunday's last ever Gia show so hopefully ETV will improve server or maybe record the show? Otherwise no-one will see it!
