Recently I had an issue when entering the shows. It was me waiting the show to start and once the <ENTER> button was shown I entered. After a brief moment, already into the show (red curtain) it switched back to the advertizing page for the show I paid for. A minute or so later it went back to the show entry asking me again to pay. It happened to me on 2 occasions, thus I contacted the ETV, so called, customer service with the issue. Of course a reply only after 2 days with them saying they do not understand, thus I tried to be more precise in the discription of the error. No reply since 2 weeks after they said they are going to check this.
Here now my latest and last message to them lazy butts and desinterested buggers: Another 2 weeks have passed without any reaction nor reply from your side. As it seems you are in urgent need of the 4 credits overpaid.. Not the first time though that credits have been deducted by mistake or technical error on your side without any ambition to clarify the mistake or to at least believe what the customer says.. Do not expect me to invest a single credit in you anymore once all credits presently on my account are spent. Alternatively return Euro 'xyz' to my bank account. Case this is of interest to you, let me know and I'll give you my bank account details. This has nothing to do with the level or quality of your shows, but the customer service only, suffering from substantial desinterest and lack of enthusiasm. Brgds. |

If you are interested in hot stripping action, then stay away from the strip club video that was released for a second time today. I do not understand the whole discussion about the etv website. Who the side and the style of the shows can not please on other sites in the net pleasure. If the makers of the site keep their way for the right they will also go on and not get away from a few dissatisfied, which make up only a small part of the user, from their plan.
But who wants to see pussy's and explicit scenes can also go to xhamster. I look at the shows in the preview and then decide whether I want to see them or not. Of course, I can also grab times but the shows I've seen were quite tidy. It is finally an erotic site and no porn site. To complain about the cost for the shows, not even the death is free. When i promoted the boycott i had no success...i couldn't imagine ivo and his staff were so stupid to go on in the same direction falling in bankrupcy instead of changing direction in order to stop loss of income and going back to earn money......now it will be the same...ivo would prefer closing the web site instead of complying with all viewers' request....
