We pay for our desires. There is no need to beg for something we pay for it.

Regulatory issues are a much bigger danger to their future than their own efforts (or the lack of it).
The models wouldn't be there if there wasn't enough calls and no, even if your assumption about the lack of calls would be true (it isn't) the models wages won't add to the (imaginary) loss. Just forget about the wages. Concentrate on what really makes the major part of the cost side.

don't forget that good past days that made etv continue to the present days . This means that

the good product continued bear fruit but what about the future, This is perplexing question .

Maybe the forum search can bring back the calculation of the cost structure at etv. They don't earn money with all shows. Too few models means they lose money. It only makes sense as the evening and the weekend brings the necessary calls to make it a valid business case. So you will always have enough models to answer nearly all calls.
