I call the studio to have x and twice it is Gia who take my call, she answer me in a cold and metalic voice , and hardly that x is not free then say nothing but keeps the call doubtless to improve her account. I had to hang up. I had then kind and helpful Penelope " Hello, I know you J , wait one minute x is busy, I say to her that you call her " etc.... and spends me x not without goodbye and goodnight.
