Actually I don't like Lara's artificial smile and her behavior. And even more I dislike her role as a bait for exclusives during night shows. But I really hate guys who act like 'I can buy you if I want' - whatever Lara's reasons for staying dressed may be.
Undoubtedly Lara's presence at night brings out the ugly face of ETV and of some viewers, too

Why do some viewers think they can buy anything they want. If a model in the night show does not want to undress, that is her free choice. We have Kelly showing an almost similar perfomance. Gia took about 3 years before she went topless. We still have the other beautifull ladies like Lauren, Monique, Selena (stopped shaving her p***y) Jasmine
 Roshana Saiqa and a lot of others going almost fully nude. So enjoy the the show if you like it and stop watching if you do not like the program.
