he isnt though, ofcom have the bit between there teeth for blueturd. currently they have a good dozen outstanding adjudications over the channels that have been taken off air. bluebird have issued statements along the lines of "fuck em! were counter claiming in court" or words to that effect.
so now ofcom will retaliate by pulling them for the slightest breach. ellas performance im sorry to say for all it was hot will be found in breach... through no fault of hers, as the cam opp and director are to blame for any slips make it to air.

personaly i think ella's stints were the best of the night. it did piss me off that she said. back in 5 when she meant 35. i also noticed the pool room set was cut short... i thought i saw some 1 off to the side blowing his top then calling it quits.

Re: Bluebird TV - General Discussion

Not risky at all, just perfect! These are suppose to be 18 rated channels, yet Ofcom can't head their heads around this idea. The non adult channels show MUCH more, which is ridiculous! Ofcom will make up any excuse as always Angry

Re: Bluebird TV - General Discussion

The fact that Bluebird TV has already lost so many channels pretty much says it all. Oh well, just have to wait and see what does or doesn't happen.

The three channels Bluebird TV use on Sky are owned by another company; a company that's already been fined by Ofcom (all this information is freely available via Ofcom's site). So, given what's happened recently, I doubt it would take much for Ofcom to once again do their thing, which would leave Bluebird TV with no channels to broadcast from. Like I've said, I don't have an issue with Ella's last show, but history has already shown us that Ofcom will.

Re: Bluebird TV - General Discussion

honestly is been expected, it's about some months that i've thinking about of : ''dam.. how they could go on with such show like that ?''
But channels like these are usually to do unexplanable miracles that keep'em alive.. lol

Re: Bluebird TV - General Discussion

Unless they sort things out fairly quickly, I really can't see that many girls hanging around. The number of girls they list for their night shows has basically been cut in half, so that's a fair amount of girls who'll just end up with fewer shifts, or no shifts at all. Big problems for them at the moment.

Hope its Jade Victoria I for one would be pleased to be rid of her Or better still they could keep her to ensure lack of viewers
