I understood the word but in UK it it used to mean drunk, intoxicated etc. It means angry in US english, imported to UK and on the gradual increase. |

I think the night show girls have come to regard this as their full time job and will not step aside for the newbies. Why they call upon Lillian to fill in when somebody missing is beyond me, unless she's sleeping at the studio for that purpose
